Empowering
Youth to
Lead & Heal
PUSHH equips young people ages 14–24 with the strategies, support, and safe spaces to grow into resilient leaders and change-makers in their communities.
Our Programs
Five intentional programs, each named for what it gives. Together they form a complete pathway from self-discovery to community leadership.
-
Equips youth with essential life skills to support self-awareness, interpersonal growth, and critical thinking. Like a passport guides travel, this program guides youth through the soft skills needed for life's journey.
-
Trains youth to become community organizers through the Participatory Defense Hub model. Fellows learn to advocate for themselves and others, support families navigating the justice system, and lead campaigns addressing systemic inequities.
-
Empowers youth to take courageous action by resolving conflict and reducing violence in their communities. Participants gain skills in conflict resolution, trauma-informed response, peer mentorship, and community engagement.
-
Helps youth learn healing techniques grounded in the peer support model. Participants develop skills to improve relationships and overall well-being, becoming mental health advocates and peer supporters in their schools and communities.
-
PUSHH's advanced leadership tier for youth who have demonstrated growth and readiness to lead. Participants serve as peer leaders, facilitators, and ambassadors — leading healing circles and mentoring younger participants across all program tiers.
